Investigating work availability issues (Resolved)


Volunteers are experiencing issues receiving new research tasks or sending us results. We are investigating the root cause of this problem and will update members once we have more information.



We are experiencing technical problems with our servers which are hindering members from downloading new tasks or uploading their results. We are working with our hosting provider to investigate the root cause of these issues, understand the full impact on our systems and determine the course of action to address this.

At this point, it is not yet clear how long this outage will last. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we will update this article with further information as we find out more. Update: (09:47 UTC) The BOINC upload and downloads are working normally again. Thank you for your patience as we resolved this issue.
